How A Weight Loss Diary Works

This Weight Loss Diary will be how I am going with using my own determination to lose weight in a healthy way. If you are like me, I have been on a merry go round of up and downs with my weight ever since I was a young girl…even in primary school I was bigger than most girls my age.

I have tried many fad diets over the years without any results, and tried many weight loss programs which I will not name because I am sure some people have success with their easy step by step programs. What I have found with losing weight and using programs to assist, is that once you stop using their systems then weight starts to pile back on. Its really a matter of what you are wanting out of life that will help with losing weight and keeping the weight off.

If I Could Give You A Magic Pill?

Would you take it? IF I could give you a magic potion would you take it? If I could wave my magic wand over your head and change your body shape would you let me?

Sorry but there are no such things in life. But there are different ways to lose weight safely and easily that you can apply to your lifestyle and to yourself that will work.  I will be sharing my ideas, and my trial and errors here in this Weight Loss Diary that will come from the heart. I am not here to make empty promises but I am here sharing my journey.

I have tried to lose weight for the last six months to achieve my goals and my ideal weight. Yet even after exercising three to four times a day every week, and watching (sometimes) what I eat I have only lost about 15 kilos. Yet something has changed in the last month….not sure what is going on but something within me is changing. Something I know that will lead me to success with my healthy weight loss.

That something within side has lead me to this page – and has lead me to share my very personal Weight Loss Diary. Welcome aboard the journey of a lifetime – see, hear, read, love, laugh, cry, success, setbacks and so much more will be shared with you.

Why Have A  Weight Loss Diary?

To keep me focused on my end goals, to inspire others and to see how far I can go with my changes in the next six months. You too can experience all there is with losing weight.
